SCIENCE MUSEUM FACADE RENOVATION
Baton Rouge, LA
Science Museum: Welcome
ABOUT
Asked to replace the facade of an existing restaurant in downtown Baton Rouge for a science
museum, this building features a planter box which stems alternating light tubes and polished aluminum poles for a look that is inspired by its mix of historic, modern, and illuminous surroundings. With an active night life in the surrounding area, the light tubes were installed to continue the party from the outside despite being closed for the day.
